After spending years in data analytics and corporate IT, I realized my real passion was solving practical problems for real people in my community. Growing up with a technical background—from broadcast engineering certification to IT networking and hands-on manufacturing experience—I've always been the person who figures out how things work and how to fix them.
I've been volunteering with my church's audio and streaming setup, helping friends and neighbors with their technology challenges, and tackling complex renovation projects on my own 1960s split-level home. These experiences showed me there's a real need in our area for someone who can bridge the gap between technical knowledge and practical service—someone who can troubleshoot your network, hang drywall, set up your streaming system, or diagnose why your smart home devices won't connect.
